Corporate Social Responsibility

CSR is a form of ethically, socially and legally validated corporate management where companies assume that they have a permanent relationship of interdependence with workers, providers, distributors and consumers, for the benefit of both the companies and other groups.

As a form of management, developing social responsibility implies profound, continuous and dynamic strategic planning, by companies, of their own practices – internal and external – since their organization and the relationship with the environment undergo permanent transformation.

Considering the above, our team provides corporate assistance based on the relational aspect of CSR, which implies that the various stakeholders must all be part of it. Therefore, every assistance, mapping of CSR practices, assessment, and all other aspects must include this relationship. The new meaning of CSR based on the above is of importance for telling philanthropic acts apart from social responsibility, since entrepreneurial management, in what regards its links to stakeholders, is to be part of the activities characteristic of the company.

Work objectives in CSR must necessarily be oriented at the creation of scenarios for encounters and reflection and the generation of dialog and cooperation processes among the various stakeholders, for achieving responsible and socially validated entrepreneurial models. In this regard, upon requirements for developing knowledge of partners and linking and communication potentials, our team is able of providing companies capabilities for analysis, and particular consultancy for firms to define their own CSR policies.

It is also necessary to consider that the CSR issue is contextually specific, based on organizational structures, degrees of development and type of entrepreneurial activity, as well as the actors involved and the culture of management applied, among other factors. The work team in charge of this area has the skill to provide companies with specialized studies and operational guidance in this regard, upon consideration of the referred specificities.
